Warehouse Specialist 3- 2nd Shift

<div><h2>Overview</h2><p>The Warehouse Specialist 3 is essential to timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Under general supervision, the role includes advanced assignments related to receiving (including frequent power forklift operation) and may flex into other areas of the warehouse to perform shipping, kitting, intra-company delivery, material handling, order picking, labeling and packing using handheld technology and inventory software systems. This position requires sustained moderate physical activity and the ability to read schedules and report to the correct work center on time.</p><h2>Essential Job Functions</h2><ul><li>Receives raw materials, parts, supplies, and finished goods from vendors.</li><li>Inspects goods for damage, quantity, size, weight, and description; verifies labeling (including hazardous chemicals) and reports deficiencies.</li><li>Verifies that received goods meet PO specifications.</li><li>Inspects parts and materials for conformance and checks for transit-related damage.</li><li>Approves or rejects items and records disposition information; completes receiving documents and enters data in computer systems.</li><li>Load/unload deliveries using power forklift or other lifts; operate company vehicles to deliver parts and supplies between buildings.</li><li>Utilize current shipping software (Varsity) and other applications; complete transportation documents (shipping labels, BOL, etc.).</li><li>Validate correct UPC and SRP requirements for large key account and mass merchant orders prior to processing and shipment.</li><li>Assemble shop packs and send parts to contract labor partners as kits; manage related paperwork and follow-up.</li><li>Sort and deliver in-house packages and supplies; receive finished goods from Assembly and verify paperwork and quality.</li><li>Restock stock locations; maintain high accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.</li><li>Fulfill customer orders from stock using tablet devices; meet BOM and supply requirements and deliver to appropriate work centers.</li><li>Maintain a 98% picking accuracy; ensure proper packaging including special packaging requirements and economical options.</li><li>Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory; adhere to department and company standards and safety requirements.</li><li>Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Education & Experience</h2><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last three years</li><li>12 months general warehouse or shipping/receiving experience</li></ul><h2>General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</h2><ul><li>Close attention to detail; ability to understand written instructions</li><li>Proficient data entry and software skills (Microsoft Suite, Infor Powerlink/FMS) and ability to learn new software</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks with sustained focus</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and receiving procedures; familiarity with manufacturing processes, BOMs, shop packets, and related materials</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to drive a power forklift and obtain forklift operator certification</li><li>Ability to count accurately and perform simple math; inspect materials and finished products for defects</li><li>Ability to operate company vehicles under various conditions; maintain current certifications: PIT, DOT Physical/License, Fall protection</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li>Lift up to 25 lbs; participate in a team lift of up to 50 lbs</li><li>Stand and walk for the entire shift; frequent ladder use; able to turn or bend; repetitive gripping</li><li>Push a cart continuously; DOT exam may be required to operate vehicles</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions</h2><ul><li>Indoors, temperature-controlled; may be warm or humid; may work outdoors or around machinery</li><li>Exposure to chemicals and cleaning agents; use PPE as required by work-center guidelines</li></ul><h2>About Us</h2><p>Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform.
