We help companies build scalable sales engines that improve performance across inside sales, outside sales, and account management. Revenue Optics was founded by a sales leader who previously built and scaled inside sales organizations that generated more than $100M in new revenue. The firm now works with executive teams and private equity backed companies across North America. We are building a modern consulting firm that combines strategic insight with operational execution. Strong visual communication is a critical part of how we present ideas, frameworks, and insights to executive audiences. The Opportunity We are looking for a talented Visual Communications & Presentation Designer who wants to help build the visual storytelling engine behind a growing consulting firm. This role goes beyond traditional design work. You will help transform complex business ideas into clear and compelling visual narratives used by CEOs, sales leaders, and private equity investors. You will work directly with the founder to translate strategic ideas into executive presentations, consulting frameworks, and thought leadership content. Why This Role Is Exciting • Work directly with the founder rather than inside a large design team • Your work will be seen by CEOs, executives, and private equity firms • Help shape the visual identity and presentation standards of a growing consulting firm • Gain exposure to real business strategy and consulting frameworks • Build a portfolio that includes executive presentations, strategy frameworks, and thought leadership What You Will Do • Design executive level PowerPoint presentations used in meetings with CEOs and leadership teams • Create consulting deliverables including strategy decks, frameworks, and executive summaries • Develop LinkedIn graphics and visual assets that support thought leadership content • Translate complex ideas into clear visual frameworks, diagrams, and charts • Build reusable slide templates and presentation systems • Maintain brand consistency across presentations, documents, and digital content • Design marketing assets such as PDFs, case studies, and digital content • Collaborate closely with the founder to bring strategic ideas to life visually What We Are Looking For • Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy • Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them visually • Experience designing professional business presentations • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop • High attention to detail and ability to work quickly • Strong written and spoken English communication • Self motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment Preferred Experience • Experience designing for consulting firms, startups, or B2B companies • Experience creating LinkedIn graphics or marketing visuals • Experience with data visualization and business charts • Experience building brand systems or visual identity frameworks • Experience designing whitepapers, reports, or long form content Compensation Depending on experience and portfolio quality.
