As part of the nation’s largest technology provider to SMBs, this role directly contributes to Comcast Business’s market leadership and innovation in Ethernet services and beyond. • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound sales calls, meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, maintaining accurate CRM records, promoting bundled solutions, staying current on product and competitive landscapes, providing feedback on new offerings, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences while adhering to variable schedules including nights and weekends. • The role sits within Comcast Business, a division recognized for innovation and growth, supporting a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and customer obsession.
