Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate appointments for the sales team. • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications. • Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and maximize lead generation effectiveness. • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services. • Leverage negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections during calls. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technology sales, and competitor offerings to enhance conversations with prospects. • Work closely with the business development team to identify target markets and refine outreach strategies. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred. • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing techniques within a sales context. • Experience in technical sales or technology-related fields is a plus. • A background in customer service that showcases your ability to build rapport with clients. • Proficiency in outbound calling techniques and marketing strategies that drive lead generation efforts. • A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.
