- Investigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrieved
- Ensure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant units
- Communicate with utility providers through phone calls and emails
- Engage in some written client communication for diverse purposes
- Confirm mailing addresses and account details
- Recover any missing vacant bills
- Assist in recovering all missing bills in billing history
- Prevent late fees and utility disconnects where possible
