US Package Specialist - UKG Location : US remote Job Description: UKG Lead API Consultant with strong functional expertise in UKG WFM Pro Lead integration efforts to integrate UKG Pro with internal and external systems Translate business requirements into API specifications, data contracts, and integration workflows Build scalable, secure, and reusable API solutions Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with vendor, product and relevant stakeholders Optimize API calls for efficiency and reliability Continuously improve existing API solutions based on feedback and system performance Work with Azure/Databricks middleware tools and similar platforms as needed for integrations Solution Design and Technical Consulting Provide guidance on UKG s API capabilities, limitations and best practices Partner with UKG and IBM to provide fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal integration approaches Review Design and coordinate approvals with UKG, technical team, business stakeholders Partner with Product, Project Management and Vendors in planning and ensuring UKG specific deliverables are on track UKG Certifications preferred AI/ML exposure would be a nice to have Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
