We are looking for a qualified U.S. lawyer to review and finalize a data licensing agreement for an AI training dataset.
We currently have a draft agreement (~850 words) and would like help refining the contract and ensuring it is legally sound.

- Review our existing draft data licensing agreement
- Suggest improvements and add any important clauses
- Ensure the agreement protects our intellectual property and limits misuse of the dataset
- Help finalize the agreement for commercial use

- Non-exclusive licensing
- Commercial and academic use allowed
- No resale or redistribution of the dataset
