(Urgent) Cyber Exercise Support Specialist - Hiring

We are urgently seeking a Cyber Exercise Support Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. This remote or hybrid role is essential in planning, coordinating, and supporting cyber exercises that test organizational readiness and response to cyber threats. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of cyber exercises and simulations. - Support incident response teams during exercises by providing technical expertise. - Develop and maintain exercise documentation, including scenarios, rules of engagement, and after-action reports. - Collaborate with IT, security, and leadership teams to assess readiness and identify improvement areas. - Track exercise metrics and provide feedback for continuous enhancement. - Stay current with cybersecurity trends and best practices related to cyber exercises. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in incident response or cyber exercises. - Familiarity with cyber exercise frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment with flexible hours. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.
