E-Church Co-Coordinators serve to provide a top tier ministry experience to all young adult church members who are not local. This position is responsible for: coordinating virtual streaming of all THRIVE young adult events, engaging with virtual church members, and creating space for discipleship to take place virtually on a bi-weekly basis. This position is available for 2 individuals. Ministry Area/Department THRIVE Position THRIVE E-Church Coordinator Accountable To THRIVE Director, Admin Assistant Ministry Target Young adults ages 18-31 Position Is Volunteer Position May Be Filled By Church member Minimum Maturity Level Maturing Christian, Tither Spiritual Gifts Vision, administration, shepherd, wisdom Talents or Abilities Desired • Continuous learner • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Willingness to learn new technologies • Experienced with technology, AI, and video/audio Best Personality Traits Dependable, kind, detail oriented, tech savvy, works good with camera, working knowledge how to capture video/audio. Likeable personality, creative, Passion For Want to help people grow in Christ Length of Service Commitment One year commitment Anticipated Time Commitments: 1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 1-2hrs/weekly 2. Participating in meetings/training: 4-6hrs/monthly Responsibilities/Duties: 1. Develop and maintain a high-quality, seamless livestream experience specifically tailored to young adults participating virtually, ensuring excellence in audio, visual, and interactive components. 2. Create intentional engagement opportunities during livestream services and events, including real-time interaction, chat facilitation, connection prompts, and digital touchpoints that foster community. 3. Establish biweekly virtual discipleship opportunities for e-members, such as online study halls, group discussions, and accessible pathways to schedule one-on-one mentorship sessions with Thrive Directors or designated leaders. 4. Ensure e-members receive an experience comparable to in-person members, providing consistent communication, follow-up, spiritual support, and integration into the life of the ministry regardless of physical location.
