Requirements
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5+ Years' experience in recruiting
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
• Proactive and results-oriented mind-set with a passion for talent acquisition
• Ability to build strong partnerships/relationships while communicating effectively (verbal/written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Early Career Talent/University Recruiting experience
• High volume recruiting experience
