About the Role
This Temporary Data Entry Specialist position is a remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset to drive success. You will be responsible for developing a catalog of all documents contained within the EnergIIZE SharePoint site library, assisting in the creation and development of a new SharePoint website, and executing CRM data entry from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Clean Fuels & Infrastructure team, enabling the broader SharePoint strategy, and ensuring the seamless operation of our data management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a comprehensive catalog of all EnergIIZE SharePoint site library documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the Clean Fuels & Infrastructure team in enabling the broader SharePoint strategy, contributing to the development of a new SharePoint website.
- Execute CRM data entry from Excel sheets into Salesforce, managing data with precision and efficiency.
- Manage task assignments and individual workload for day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and review of SharePoint solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management systems.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
