We’re looking for a data-driven Technical Facebook Ad Strategist to build, manage, and optimize our paid acquisition funnel—from top-of-funnel authority campaigns to bottom-funnel membership and event conversions. This role owns Meta ad strategy, analytics infrastructure, tracking accuracy, and performance reporting for all MDS growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute full-funnel Meta ad strategy to drive qualified membership applications and event registrations.
• Implement, audit, and maintain Meta Pixel + Conversions API via GTM and server-side setup.
• Integrate GA4, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and offline event tracking for end-to-end attribution.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio / Data Studio) tracking CAC, MER, LTV, and funnel performance.
• Create and manage structured testing plans for creative, audience, and offer optimization.
• Analyze campaign data weekly; recommend scaling or efficiency actions based on CAC and ROAS goals.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to align creative testing with funnel performance insights.
