Tax/Transactional Attorney (Beverly Hills)

Job Summary Part Time position available for a tax/transactional attorney with 4 or more years experience in Individual, Estate, Partnership and Corporate Tax Planning and related transactional matters. Experience in international transactions also helpful. We are a small firm based in Beverly Hills with a broad array of sophisticated work, including estate, real estate, corporate, individual and partnership tax planning, and related domestic and international business transactions, among other areas. The attorney must have the ability (and desire) to help as needed in this varied spectrum of activity. We are looking for an attorney with a strong academic background and preferably a Master’s or equivalent in taxation. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with the required experience to operate in a small firm environment. Flexible time (limited hours a day or limited days a week) and remote work schedules are available. Must be highly motivated with excellent writing and analytic skills.
