Why join us? •Competitive Base Salary Up to $140k (DOE) •Quarterly Bonus Incentives •Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401(k), PTO •Flexible Work Model – Open to Fully Remote Candidates •Collaborative, Team-Based Environment Job Details •Prepare/review IRS Forms 706 (Estate), 709 (Gift), 1041 (Fiduciary), and CA Form 541 •Support post-death tax planning, trust funding, and sub-trust allocations •Analyze estate documents and tax implications •Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors •Handle IRS/state notices and assist with audits •Conduct research on estate, gift, fiduciary, and GST issues Looking For: •Active CPA license •4+ years’ trust and estate tax experience (including some exp. with 706, 709, 1041, 541 - minimally 2 of these) •Proficient with tax software (e.g., Lacerte, CCH Axcess) •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills •Based in CA (or open to remote work with CA clients) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
