Klick is an ecosystem dedicated to realizing the full potential of people and clients in life sciences. The Talent Sourcing Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination, scheduling, sourcing support, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage calendars and scheduling logistics to ensure interviews run smoothly
- Send interview confirmations, preparation materials, and follow-up communications
- Track interview progress and help ensure hiring processes move forward efficiently
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Post job openings and support updates across recruiting platforms
- Assist with preparation of offer documentation and onboarding coordination when required
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Conduct basic candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Support sourcing efforts across 10+ open roles, building lists of potential candidates
- Assist with candidate outreach and maintain organized candidate pipelines
- Support coordination of contract freelancers, including documentation and scheduling logistics
- Partner with Resource Management to help track contractor start dates, extensions, and role requirements
- Ensure contractor documentation is accurate and up to date
- Work with the People Practices team to support onboarding logistics and documentation
- Ensure candidate and hiring documentation aligns with internal people processes
Skills
- 0–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, sourcing, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience supporting a recruiting or HR team
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other talent platforms
- Experience working with contractors or freelance talent
- Exposure to agency or consulting environments
