Tableau Instructor, evenings, Part-time

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate part-time evening Tableau Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student development. This role requires strong knowledge of Tableau, great communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Our Tableau course is 18 classroom hours (6 evenings). We run the class about six times per year. Duties • Deliver instruction using our teaching materials in a clear and engaging manner. • Teach our students "hands-on" during class while they are working in Tableau. • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respect among students. • Maintain accurate records of student attendance. Skills needed • Strong Tableau knowledge required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. • Relevant teaching or training experience is a plus. • Certification from Tableau is a plus.
