Role Overview
As a Tableau Developer / BI Analyst, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and analytical solutions that support internal business teams. You will work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure accurate, well-modeled data and deliver reliable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, calculated fields, filters, and parameters within Tableau.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to validate, clean, and standardize data sources.
• Support performance tuning of dashboards and underlying queries.
• Publish, manage, and troubleshoot dashboards and data sources on Tableau Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into clear analytical deliverables.
• Document KPIs, metrics definitions, and dashboard logic to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Participate in testing, validation, and UAT support for BI deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting workflows.
• Contribute to design documentation, unit test plans, and code reviews as part of the BI lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of Tableau development experience (mid-level proficiency).
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud.
• Working experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Solid SQL skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Understanding of data warehousing and BI architecture concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
