Job Summary
Support daily operation and order management for two pharmaceutical products in the Urology space. Primary responsibility will be daily Client Relation Management (CRM) update and ensure all contracts, account set up’s and customers are loaded correctly. In addition to CRM system, the Summer Intern will focus on daily order management and returns for the Urology physicians. Support the implementation of Specialty Pharmacy into the distribution model for two RX products. Support project manager working with internal and external partners.
Job requirements
- Preferred two years college completed. Entering Junior or Senior year. Degree focus on Pharmacy, Operation, Supply Distribution or business degree
Job responsibilities
Report to Distribution/Order Management Team – primary responsibilities are the following- CRM “Client Relation Manager” -maintain all data components for order management, contracting for US distribution channel
- Daily Order Management – track all orders daily to ensure processed and delivered on time
- Project Management Support – Specialty Pharmacy implementation support team
- Return Daily Tracker – track daily returns/replacements and complete all touch points with ARX/3PL
