Summary
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for retail roles (Sales Associates, Store Managers)
- Get out in the field—network, source, and build real pipelines
- Partner with store leaders to fill roles fast and effectively
- Run hiring events, tap into local markets, and get creative with sourcing
- Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to offer
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (retail or high-volume preferred)
- A sales mindset—you know how to sell the opportunity
- Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and competitive
- Strong relationship builder who can influence hiring managers
- Willingness to be in the field and make things happen
