Sr Program Manager, Amazon Fuse

About the position Responsibilities • Develop and own playbooks to expand Fuse business across global marketplaces, including international expansion and bespoke regional requirements • Work with external customers and coordinate launches with retail and partner teams. • Owns communications and mechanisms with Amazon internal/ teams regarding variety of operational processes (Stores Teams, Tax, etc.) • Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to accounting, finance, business and tech leadership, including project plans and recurring business review documents • Track and publish project status reports and communicate status updates with leadership teams • Work with engineering, product and operations teams to build solutions and align with the business objectives Requirements • 5+ years of program or project management experience • Experience in program or project management • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership • Experience defining and executing program requirements • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment Nice-to-haves • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Benefits • Medical benefits • Financial benefits • Equity options • Sign-on payments • Comprehensive employee benefits package Apply tot his job
