Our team’s overarching goal is to provide creative and effective solutions to the unique needs and challenges of Enterprise‑level customers which includes the Chain Restaurant & Retail segment. We are seeking a Senior Partnership Development Manager to lead the growth and go‑to‑market strategy for CNA across Chain Restaurants, Convenience Stores, and Grocery segments. This leader drives new partner acquisition, strengthens market presence, and ensures successful onboarding and long‑term value creation. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Lead and coach the R&R Partnership Development team focused on acquiring and onboarding new partners. • Recruit talent, set objectives, manage performance, and develop training plans to close skill gaps. • Guide the team through Deal Desk processes to ensure strong negotiation outcomes and strategic deal quality. Growth Strategy & Sales Execution • Build and execute the strategic growth plan for the R&R vertical, including personnel needs and market expansion. • Develop pipelines through targeted outreach, sales strategies, networking, conferences, and industry boards. • Identify ideal partners using Core Customer Mapping and ensure strong early‑stage engagement. Cross Functional Collaboration • Align with Finance and leadership to set revenue and profitability targets. • Partner with Platform, Business Relations, Account Support, Logistics, Development, Analytics, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure high‑quality partner experience from onboarding onward. • Coordinate with Merchant and Operations teams to align pricing strategies for R&R clients. Operational Excellence & Systems Leadership • Support the rollout and adoption of the holistic CRM; ensure proper usage and process consistency. • Establish and refine processes that streamline collaboration with internal teams and strengthen onboarding workflows. Industry Expertise & External Representation • Represent CNA at trade shows, associations, and industry panels as a subject‑matter expert. • Analyze market trends and competitive activity; deliver quarterly insights to leadership. • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to support growth and partner success. Additional Responsibilities • Contribute special initiatives and cross‑departmental projects assigned by leadership. Physical Requirements • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lbs. Remote Work Qualifications • Access to a reliable and secure high‑speed internet connection.
