The Senior HR Business Partner is a key advisory leader who acts as a consultant to the HRBP Director, ensuring HR programs and policies support the organization’s strategic goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. 10+ Years Human Resource experience required; 3+ years as an HRBP supporting a large functional team or business unit. Experience in the retail, service industry or a highly distributed workforce is strongly preferred.
