Job Description: Social Media and Customer Service Associate
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive our online presence and customer service excellence. As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in curating and scheduling content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the social media manager to develop creative campaigns and content calendars
- Analyze social media performance metrics and compile data for reports
- Customer Service Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across multiple channels (email, chat, social media)
- Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Escalate complex customer inquiries to relevant teams and maintain a positive brand image
- Manage customer reviews and ratings, encouraging positive feedback and addressing negative comments professionally
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to align social media efforts with business goals
- Share customer insights and feedback with relevant departments to drive product improvements and service enhancements
- Assist in compiling and organizing data for regular social media and customer service reports
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience or internship in social media management and customer service (preferred)
