Service & Maintenace technician

Essential Functions: 1. Maintains Facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing and carpentry. 2. Provides general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structure, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning and other basic maintenance. 3. Maintains store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance. 4. Facilitates repairs by keeping an organized vehicle and maintaining adequate quantities of stock parts thru in-house ordering and contacting service vendors for supplies and materials. 5. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs. 6. Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment. 7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8. Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary. 9. Job duties may change with or without advance notice.
