Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage distribution operations across California, including 18 operating locations and multiple staff (full-time and seasonal)
- Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient and safe movement of products
- Manage and optimize transportation and logistics network, including 3PL partnerships and company-owned facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, as well as track and analyze key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and customer focus
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, and inventory management
- Familiarity with 3PL management and transportation operations
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of business professionals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to develop and track measurable objectives

- California driver's license and ability to be covered under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to develop and implement business strategies

- Change management and leadership skills, with ability to drive results and achieve business objectives
