Role Details Job Title:   Senior Strategic Sales Advisor - North America   Recruiting Manager:   Head of Sales   Department:   Sales   Hours/Base: Full Time Permanent / Remote / FLSA Exempt Role Specification Role Purpose:   We are looking for a capable Senior Strategic Sales Advisor to build up Uniyr’s business activities in North America. The Senior Strategic Sales Advisor will work closely with our clients, partners, and cross-functional internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth. This role focuses on understanding client needs, crafting strategic sales proposals, and working to close high-value deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, with a proven ability to strategize, negotiate, forecast, and close sales. Your role is pivotal in fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that our technology not only aligns with but also propels their business objectives. Role Responsibilities:   - Engage with enterprise-level clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements related to channel sales and marketing. - Conduct in-depth discovery and requirements analysis sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging our channel management software. - Articulate the value proposition of Unifyr’s software suite and demonstrate how it can address client needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients. - Accurately forecast deal closures, pinpointing both the timing and estimated value, to ensure precise revenue forecasting and strategic planning.  - Proactively perform outbound demand generation activities fitting for a senior sales role to drive the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads and opportunities. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. - Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's success. - Mentor and guide other sales advisors, promoting best practices and sharing insights.   Required skills/experience/qualifications:  - Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS Sales or equivalent experience in channel sales, channel marketing or strategic channel strategy consulting, preferably in the software or technology industry. - History of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships. - Knowledge of channel sales and marketing dynamics. - Familiarity with CRM systems. *** NO AGENCIES***
