Senior Staff Accountant – FPA

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their client's finance team. The role involves managing month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights through budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This position requires a strong foundation in accounting and advanced analytical skills. Requirements Post transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts using QuickBooks Online. Adjust and reconcile loan and debt accounts. Review and classify fixed asset activity. Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and P&L statements. Analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies. Lead monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and trend analysis. Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning. Partner with business units to gather data and deliver insights. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and scenarios. Perform cost analysis, margin reviews, and profitability tracking.
