Microsoft is seeking Senior and Principal Product Managers to lead security and isolation investments for the Win32 ecosystem, building the next generation of secure application platforms for Windows. This role focuses on shaping how developers build and run classic desktop apps in a modern, secure-by-default environment, working at the intersection of OS fundamentals, application security, and developer experience. The team is at the heart of evolving Windows into a secure platform for agents, infusing AI and agentic capabilities while maintaining trust. Requirements Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platform or security-related features. 3+ years experience with OS-level security principles, including sandboxing, application isolation, and least-privilege execution. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with engineering and translate complex technical concepts into product direction.
