We’re now looking for a Senior Paid Search & App Growth Manager who will be the primary, hands-on expert driving our user acquisition campaigns with a dual focus on Google Ads Paid Search and App Growth initiatives. This role is crucial for our aggressive growth plans on Freecash, demanding deep expertise in day-to-day execution, continuous experimentation, and direct optimization to scale our mobile user base and impact our profitability.
What You’ll DoLead Hands-On Campaign Management: Independently plan, execute, and meticulously analyze large-scale user acquisition campaigns with a primary focus on Google Search campaigns and Google App Campaigns, while also leveraging other relevant Google Ads channels (Display, YouTube, Demand Gen) for app growth.
Drive A/B Testing & Optimization: Own the full experimentation lifecycle, from ideation to rigorous A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and targeting, continuously seeking performance improvements and new growth opportunities specifically for paid search and mobile app acquisition.
Data-Driven Performance: Dive deep into vast quantities of campaign data to identify granular optimization opportunities, refine audience targeting, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI and scale within defined profitability goals for both paid search and app growth objectives.
Collaborate for Integrated Growth: Work closely with our Creative teams for ad asset development (especially for app ads) and with Data Analysts to enhance reporting and ensure comprehensive campaign understanding of user acquisition funnels.
Market & Competitive Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies within the mobile advertising landscape and paid search arena, translating insights into actionable optimizations.
Solid experience (typically 4+ years) in performance marketing, with a proven track record of directly managing high-budget (e.g., $100k+ USD/month) user acquisition campaigns with a strong emphasis on Google Search and Google App Campaigns, ideally within the mobile app or gaming industry.
Deep practical expertise with Google Ads platforms, particularly Search and App Campaigns, and related tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze robust A/B tests, driving measurable improvements in campaign performance.
Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in extracting actionable insights from large datasets to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
A strong understanding of mobile attribution models and how various in-app events impact paid search and app campaign optimization.
