About the Role
We're seeking a talented and self-directed marketing leader to join our Public Sector Field Marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for collaborating with business and sales leaders to develop and deliver aligned marketing demand generation programs that cater to the unique needs of healthcare and non-profit organizations. Your expertise will help us better understand the challenges faced by these organizations and create targeted marketing campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Aligned Marketing Plans: Create comprehensive marketing plans that span digital, content, and events to drive demand generation and pipeline growth in support of Healthcare and Non-Profit business targets.
- Collaborate with Business and Sales Leaders: Work closely with business and sales leaders to develop go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, messaging, marketing channels, and campaign execution.
- Leverage Corporate-Level Product Marketing Campaigns: Tailor corporate-level product marketing campaigns and materials to accelerate and maximize results through extensions to regional customers across the United States.
- Highlight Compelling Generative AI Stories: Extend generative artificial intelligence (AI) campaigns and highlight compelling generative AI stories across non-profit business verticals.
- Communicate with Internal Stakeholders: Regularly update internal business and sales leaders, including the broader Healthcare and Non-Profit Organization sales and business development teams.
- Monitor and Report on Campaign Results: Track campaign results and effectiveness, including ROI, and recommend changes as needed.
- Build Strong Relationships: Earn trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders and peers.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. Our team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- A willingness to work independently and autonomously, with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track campaign results and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
