Role: Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management (IAM) Location: Remote Duration: Fulltime Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the engineering and operations functions of its IAM and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program. This role is central to ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant identity services while partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic program goals Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, Okta/SailPoint) preferred. 10+ years of IAM or related cybersecurity experience, with leadership of engineering and operations teams. Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts: authentication, federation, RBAC, lifecycle management, and PAM. Proven success delivering large-scale identity initiatives in an Agile environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
