Responsibilities
• Analyze structured credit risk aspects of specialty finance solutions, including collateral cash‑flow and credit enhancement mechanics
• Develop and model forward‑looking scenarios to identify risk and return drivers
• Communicate analysis and recommendations through reports, presentations, and meetings with internal and external partners
• Establish and maintain underwriting and operating manuals for specialty finance products
• Monitor and evaluate industry, economic, and regulatory trends affecting specialty finance products
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA, MS, or MA in business administration, economics, finance, or CFA preferred
• 3–5 years of related investment experience
• Proficient in Excel and other related software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Conversant in fixed‑income and equity valuation methodologies
• Experience in credit, structured finance, real estate, or analytical research
• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to apply risk and return principles to innovative products
• Well‑developed negotiating skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
