Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and psychological safety.

Operations, Reliability & Performance Optimization
- Oversee end‑to‑end monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Implement robust capacity‑planning models and automation frameworks (IaC, CI/CD pipelines) that reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery cycles.
- Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, develop remediation plans, and embed lessons learned into continuous improvement cycles.
Project & Program Management
- Own the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects—from intake and business case development to design, execution, and post‑implementation review.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls), server virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security controls (IAM, encryption, vulnerability management).
- Project Delivery: Proven track record of delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and disaster‑recovery implementations.
