Senior Finance Partner

Description: WooCommerce, built on WordPress, is an ecommerce platform empowering anyone, anywhere, to sell anything. Seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance team. Develop a deep understanding of key business drivers and build sophisticated financial models to deliver insightful analysis. Collaborate closely with WooCommerce’s business leaders, ensuring our finance function supports and facilitates growth. This opportunity is a unique blend of strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational execution. WooCommerce is one of the largest ecommerce platforms, operating like a dynamic startup, with every team member driving the business forward. Requirements: 8+ years of experience working in corporate or business-unit financial operations with demonstrated success in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment. Extensive experience with FP&A at both corporate and business unit levels, including annual planning, performance analysis, and use of data to drive decisions. Ability to recommend, influence, develop, and implement programs that improve competitive positioning and profitability. Strong business and operational acumen, and proven track record of close partnership with senior leadership. Experience creating business cases that guide strategic investments. Experience in SaaS/Software and an understanding of how to forecast and monitor different types of revenue and costs. Knowledge of SMB, commerce, or fintech preferred. A strong technical understanding of the online payments industry including commercial terms, cost structures, and fees, is a plus.
