Job Description:
• Ensure client CRM data meets business standards
• Regularly monitor and audit data files and ingestion processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance data quality
• Serve as a change agent in process improvements
• Deliver clear and actionable insights from data quality audits
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Take ownership of specific workflows and data management practices
• Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or another quantitative field, or relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in a data management or analysis role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Robust quality control skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
• Adaptability to a complex and changing environment
• Preferred: Experience with SQL, Prior experience in Education Marketing, Recruitment, or Technology products
