Job Description:
• Generate and shape creative concepts rooted in advertising fundamentals
• Partner with media and growth teams to translate performance data into actionable creative direction
• Lead production of high-performing ads
• Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks
• Analyze and synthesize performance results
• Lead agency relationships and channel partners
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts
• Build and manage a creative pipeline
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows
• Share learnings and best practices across the team
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative production and/or creative strategy
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels
• Strong grasp of what makes creative perform
• Experience leading agency and production partners to maximize output quality
• Analytical comfort
• AI fluency
• A deep passion for advertising and storytelling
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
