• Engage across end-to-end project phases—from strategy to implementation—to solve complex data challenges
• Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches—enhancing DataCatalyst’s market differentiation
• Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments
• Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growth—cultivating long-term relationships
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives
• Deliver high-quality data strategies, governance structures, and MDM implementations across industries
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines
• Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks
• Proactive, “go‑getter” mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities
• Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements
• Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies
• Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, with meticulous stakeholder management and influence—even under ambiguity
• Prior experience in project‑based or billable consulting roles—preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact
