Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst in our Data Product Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing Complex Data Sets: Interpret and analyze complex data related to revenue, commercial performance, and marketing to deliver clear, actionable business insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with Multi-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, commercial, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that drive business growth.
- Leading Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Development: Support revenue forecasting, trend analysis, and market segmentation to drive AOP development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Designing and Optimizing ETL Processes: Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable data integration across systems, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Creating Data Visualizations: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate critical metrics and trends to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in roles supporting strategic accounts, finance, or commercial operations.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of databases, statistical methods, cloud technologies, and CRM/ERP systems, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement of data solutions.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for advanced data querying, analysis, and optimization.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Statistical Analysis: Competence in statistical analysis techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, and forecasting for deriving actionable insights.
- Cloud-Based Data Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): Awareness of LLMs and their practical applications, with the ability to identify opportunities to integrate AI into data-driven solutions.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
