Senior Analyst Member Communications

Join us in our mission to help people on their path to better health. Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively engage members and align with business goals. Create and maintain a comprehensive communication plan for member communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform communication strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support communication initiatives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure all communication materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in member communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to streamline communication efforts. Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement innovative communication solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on member communications and provide insights and expertise to support business objectives. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all communication materials. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
