Senior Accountant - Global Business Services

About the position Crunchyroll is looking for a detail-driven Senior Accountant to join our Global Business Services team, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP). You'll dig into the data behind our AP processes from invoice processing to payments and reconciliations-helping us surface important insights, improve workflows, and lead greater efficiency across the board. You'll analyze performance metrics, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to process improvements that make an impact. As the Sr Accountant-AP, you will report directly to the Director, Accounts Payable. We are considering US-based applicants who can work in a hybrid schedule from our Dallas office. Responsibilities Analyze AP metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency , Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of the A/P subledger , Prepare and deliver monthly reporting decks with insights and performance metrics for the AP team , Provide recommendations to increase the AP process and enhance cost efficiency , Support the month-end close process, including AP-related reporting and accruals , Collaborate on process improvement projects, helping assess the effectiveness of implemented changes , Jump in on special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by leadership Requirements 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics , Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business , Solid grasp of GAAP and AP workflows , Experience working with large datasets and turn numbers into clear, relevant insights , Hands-on experience with ERP systems-preferably NetSuite and Coupa , Proficiency in Excel (think pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and beyond) Nice-to-haves undefined Benefits Receive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually. , Flexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self. , Generous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance , Health Saving Account HSA program , Health care and dependent care FSA , 401(k) plan, with employer match , Employer paid commuter benefit , Support program for new parents , Pet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly!
