Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr About The Company And Opportunity • Our client is a non-profit helping college students stay in school and achieve their degrees or certifications. • They are hiring a Senior Accountant to work 100% remotely, with possible in-office visits as needed. • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, 40 hours/week. • Pay: $35-37/hr depending on experience. • Duration: Contract-to-hire, based on performance and business needs. Role Responsibilities • Manage monthly close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting. • Handle cash flow management. • Process approximately 50 invoices weekly. • Manage payroll for 64 employees using ADP. • Assist with annual audits. • Support ad hoc projects and reporting. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Experience with NetSuite, Tapalti, Expensify, Salesforce, Planful, ADP is a plus. • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
