This customer-facing role is a great fit for someone who has: • 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience • At least 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience and ProAdvisor Certification • A strong passion for helping customers via video and audio support • Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, virtual environment • Are available a minimum of 20 hours per week. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in guiding small business owners through their bookkeeping challenges and helping them get the most out of QuickBooks Online.
