About the role As an Operations Specialist (f/m/d) in Sea Freight Export, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality transport execution, providing comprehensive customer service, and driving a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Advise and support clients on the entire logistics process. Manage shipments from booking to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Communicate and coordinate with key partners, such as customs and carriers. Prepare and document manual quotations accurately and efficiently. Ensure and improve the quality of customer processes, leveraging data analysis to drive enhancements. Required Skills and Experience Practical experience in Sea Freight Export operations. A highly data-driven and organized work ethic. Business fluent in German and good English skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
