Job Opportunity: UX Expert Position: SAP UX Expert with A&D/Discrete mfg Level: Senior/principal Duration: asap to 12/31/25, extension expected into 2026 and beyond) Location: Remote Details: All work is remote for the time being with potential workshops/events onsite. The SAP UX Architect advises on the SAP Fiori solution within the scope of Services, bringing extensive experience in UX/UI design, and possessing a robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces. Candidate MUST HAVE A&D / discrete manufacturing experience. (not Public Sector) Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography. Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the UX design strategies for across process areas, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences, acting as an advocate of the end users. Deep understanding of design principles allows you to translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user comprehension and interaction Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and technologies, influencing the future of user experience. Present design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to leadership and executives, fostering collaboration and buy-in. Other Qualification: A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience At least five (5) years of hands-on systems configuration experience within your given SAP component Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA v2019 or later Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template Strong communication and presentation skills Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary Willingness to travel as needed to client locations Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
