Responsibilities
• Financial Trade in TRM (Futures/Swap/Options) Lead Prepare/Explore Phase Only – Advisory with Customer and SI deliverable. Work with Partner to activate CM/CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations) in the N+1 Development system provisioned by customer.
• Execute planned CM/CTRM workshops/demos, create Business Process Document for the desired future state processes, identify, list and categorize gaps (RICEFWs). Provide interim configuration & functional design to support limited RICEFWs developed by SI for POC scope.
• This interim POC work may require modifications by Partner during the Realize phase. Estimate effort for continuing advisors for the “SAP Scope” of the balance project (Realize‑Deploy). Work with Partner to activate CM/CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations) in the N+1 Development system provisioned by customer.
