What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with developers and architects
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and support Salesforce production issues, including pipeline and workflow challenges
- Evaluate current Salesforce setup and identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automation, and reporting
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance platform stability and user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator within financial services
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation logic, Apex concepts, and Flows
- Proven experience troubleshooting pipeline or workflow issues within Salesforce environments
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality business requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes and stakeholder needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Fundraising, Investor Relations, or CRM platforms in alternative asset management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and stakeholder workshops
- Background working in regulated financial environments with strong attention to data governance and process controls
