Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Location: 100% remote, EST hours

• Data lives in HANA, is replicated, sent to Informatica, and then moves to Salesforce. Salesforce is being used as their front end.
Requirements
• They need a Solution Architect for design and delivery work for Salesforce
• Salesforce Design and Architecture, no hands-on development
• Thought-leadership
• Strong understanding of SAP and Maximo
• Salesforce B2B Cloud
• Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud is heavily preferred. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud could be substituted, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Rebate module
• Interest in growing into other areas (SAP and Maximo)

CERTIFICATIONS:
Salesforce.com Certifications required: Administrator
Salesfoce.com Certifications preferred: Advanced Administrator, Developer
EXPERIENCE/
KNOWLEDGE:
• 5+ years of IT experience in various positions responsible for delivering new solutions in a large enterprise.
• For those candidates without a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of relevant Mosaic experience is required
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration and configuration experience
• 2+ years of Marketing Cloud configuration experience
• 1+ years of Manufacturing Cloud configuration experience
• Proven expertise in CRM business process and enabling technologies
• Proven ability to create and maintain workflows aiding in business process automation
• Proven ability to understand and implement software best practices, analyze system requirements, prototype solutions, define testing and support procedures, and implement practical technical solutions under tight deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of other core and enabling processes and technologies.
Background in chemical or mining industries is a plus.
• Experience working with SAP is a plus

Solution Design, Build and Configuration
• Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in design sessions and lead assigned portions of and/or serve as a contributing design documentation author (with Solution Analysts) for solutions based on the user stories and functional design provided by IT Business Partner team (Business Partner, Business Analyst and Product Owner)
• Build and configure functional (process enablement) or technical components (interfaces, conversions, reports, workflows) so that solution design meets business needs and solution architecture standards?
• Ensure compliance to technical standards and business requirements?
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and scrum team members to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria?
• Conduct product demos with the Product Owner to get stories to done
• Conduct research, design, and prototyping, and other exploration activities?
• Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in the preparation of development and test environments?
• Perform and/or coordinate updates and enhancements to the solution, as needed
