We are expanding our presence in South Asian markets and seek an experienced sales professional to drive growth in India and Pakistan.
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to establish and expand Lavior Pharma's market presence across India and Pakistan. This remote-based role requires building strategic partnerships with local distributors and healthcare providers specializing in dermatology and wound care products.
Target Markets
Primary: India (all major metropolitan areas)
Secondary: Pakistan
Focus Cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with local dermatology and wound care distributors
Build relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, and wound care clinics
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned territories
Develop and execute market penetration strategies
Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations to potential partners
Market Development
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in India and Pakistan
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in wound care sector
Provide market feedback and insights to support product positioning
Support regulatory and market access initiatives
Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with established distributor partners
Provide training and support to local distribution teams
Monitor distributor performance and sales metrics
Resolve issues related to product distribution and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Education: University degree mandatory (Bachelor's minimum)
Location: Must be currently residing in a major Indian city (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, or Kolkata)
Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years proven experience in selling wound care products
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; additional local languages preferred
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical/medical device sale
Preferred Qualifications
Company Experience: Former experience with Smith & Nephew, ConvaTec, Mölnlycke, Coloplast, or other leading wound care companies is a significant advantage
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian and Pakistani healthcare systems
Distributor Network: Existing relationships with wound care/dermatology distributors
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian medical device regulations (CDSCO)
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience with diabetic foot care products
Knowledge of hospital procurement processes
Previous remote sales experience
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
