They are hiring a high-energy, full-time Sales Representative to sell their home warranty plans to existing homeowners and real estate professionals, benefiting from a steady flow of qualified leads and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact and convert qualified leads provided by AFC into customers via phone and email
- Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value of AFC’s home warranty plans
- Build relationships with real estate professionals to foster ongoing referrals
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and team goals
- Accurately document all interactions and customer data in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance and product knowledge
Skills
- Sales experience (inbound, inside sales, or account management)
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- CRM proficiency and Salesforce experience
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented
- Must be able to work on-site during the initial training period
- High school diploma
- Base knowledge of home warranty, real estate, insurance, or home services
- Associate or bachelor's degree
