What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative Entry Level, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
- Licensure: Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and experience using accounting or sales-related software.
Preferred Qualifications

- Customer Service Experience: Experience working in customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the insurance industry, including insurance programs and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Competitive Salary: A salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
- Bonuses and Incentives: Weekly and monthly bonuses, as well as quarterly and annual incentives such as trips, cash bonuses, and stock options.
- Comprehensive Health Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, available after 60 days.
